My Circle of Life & Nutrition focuses on bio-individuality. Each one of us is different and has different health and nutritional needs and goals. The program starts with a health history exercise. This exercise helps reveal your individual goals. Next, we do a circle of life exercise to visualize the amount of balance in particular areas of your life. These areas of your life are called “primary foods” and are just as important to your well-being as your nutrition, which are your “secondary foods.
