My Circle of Life & Nutrition focuses on bio-individuality. Each one of us is different and has different exercise needs and goals. Ms. Cathy is passionate about Ballet and Zumba and can help you design an exercise program that provides all the benefits but is also fun! Exercise is one of the “primary foods” that is needed for wellbeing and health. Dance and Zumba parties are a popular way to entertain your guests and are available for all ages!
